Notice of Price Increase as of April 1, 2019

THIS CHANGE IS ALREADY APPLIED TO PRICES ON THE WEBSITE.  THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY IF YOU PURCHASE AT OUR FARM.  I just kept this up to explain why you may notice a difference in price from when you've purchased in the past.

We try very hard to keep prices as low as possible while striving to maintain a profitable business.  As you've probably noticed, we have maintained our prices for the last few years.  Unfortunately, everyone is affected by inflation and costs have continued to increase, including the cost of processing, forcing us to follow suit and increase our prices as of April 1, 2019

Sausage and ground pork have increased by 35 cents per pound and our fresh cuts of pork and bacon have increased by 15 cents per pound.  The price of chorizo, no nitrite bacon, and hickory smoked ham have remained  the same.

For beef, meat sticks and jerky increased by 25 cents per package while ground beef prices remain the same.

There was a slight increase in chicken prices.

As of May 1, 2019, whole and half pig pricing have increased 6 cents per pound from $1.59/lb to $1.65/lb

Thank you for all of your support as we strive to continue to provide healthy, humanely raised, yummy pork and beef at as affordable a price as possible.
